To Install/Remove
Locate the lower rear of frame. Remove cap or anti-tipper from back of frame. Slide lower round portion of IV pole over the frame until pole rests against back of wheelchair backrest. Holding IV pole steady, slowly slide the attachment arm up until it is even with hand grip. Remove bolt from attachment arm and secure arm to hand grip bar, ensuring that arm attaches to metal portion of frame and not directly to hand grip. Replace bolt. Verify that rear wheels spin freely. Re-install the frame cap or anti-tipper device back onto frame. Double check that all connections are secure before use. To remove IV pole, reverse Steps 1-4.

Before cleaning IV pole, ensure that IV medication has been removed. IV pole may be cleaned with any household glass cleaner. Ensure cleaning solution has dried completely before using IV pole.

IV pole MUST be checked weekly to ensure it is tightly secured to the wheelchair frame. If any looseness is detected, tighten the attachment hardware securely before using.
Ensure IV pole is secured tightly to frame before placing IV medication on pole.
IV pole is designed to support IV medication only. DO NOT use it to hang or support objects other than IV medication.
Ensure that IV pole attachment arm is securely attached to metal portion of wheelchair frame, not directly to hand grip.If any component of this product is damaged or missing, discontinue use immediately. Contact Cardinal Health at 1-877-227-3462 for repair and/or appropriate replacement parts. DO NOT use non-Cardinal HealthTM parts.
